Frankly speaking, femaonline.com  conceptually started as an office tool. Being an NRI Consultancy Company,  for us at Keynote Corporate Counsels Pvt. Ltd., maintaining an updated copy of Foreign Exchange Management Act,1999,(FEMA),  and related Regulations was a basic requirement. What started as an office supporting exercise eventually created a full-fledged website on Foreign Exchange Management Act,1999 (FEMA). The site is created with basic objective of presentation of  most updated edition of the Act and Regulations as the main theme built on basic fundamentals of :

Regular updation of Regulations

(ii)

Practical utility viz-a-viz absolute simplicity, and

(iii)

All this from the user's perspective.

One can not imagine talking about FEMA without thinking of Non Resident Indians (NRIs); returning NRIs and bankers who in all probability come closest to FEMA and related regulations. This has promted us to make specific sections for each of them as :

WORK PROFILE:

1.   The Company is one of the most prominent NRI Consultancy  advising Indians Abroad in matters related to Foreign Exchange Laws, Taxation, & Banking Regulation.

2.   The Company has also marketed various NRI Bonds issued by the State Bank of India.  viz.    NRI Bonds II series [ 1991 ], India Development Bonds [1992 ], Resurgent India Bonds[ 1998 ]& India Millennium Deposits [ 2000 ].

3.   The Company was authorized agent of State Bank of India (for said Bonds) .

4.   Presently, the Company is authotised Corporate agent of :

01.       Unit Trust of India.

02.       ICICI Bank marketing various bonds of all Mutual Funds in India.

03.       ICICI Bank for Franchisee and

04.       The Chief Executive RAJESH H DHRUVA is Advisor Cum Consultant for NRI Business to the UTI Bank, Mumbai.

5.    The Company also advises local Branches of various banks in matters related to Indians Abroad. This Banks include State Bank of India, Bank of India, Union Bank of India, Central Bank of India, ICICI Bank, UTI Bank, & Centurion Bank.

6.   Mr RAJESH H DHRUVA is/was on the panel of Speakers of Banker’s Training College of State Bank of India and State Bank of Saurashtra, at Rajkot, Ahmedabad and Baroda and has been Chairman of Rajkot Branch of Institute of Chartered  Accountants of India. - year 1987-88.

7.   The Company has created a unique websites for Indians Abroad, namely :

.01       www.nribanks.com is in all probabilities one of its only kind of website displaying  weekly updated interest rates of almost all say 70+ banks in India on various foreign currency and Indian Rupee deposits offered to Non Resident Indians.  The website also features FEMA the new law for NRIs, Taxation, global rates of interest, interest calculations etc.    

.02      www.femaonline.com a comprehensive website. presenting edited & updated version   of  Foreign Exchange Management Act, 1999, Rules and Regulations hereunder as also Tax Laws and Banking Regulations pertaining to Non Resident Indians. The website is updated literally everyday - thereby presenting the Law of FEMA - Act & Rules as on date. The  website also has special corners of specific information for NRIs, Returnee NRIs and 

            Bankers.

8.   The Company has marketed IPOs of various equity offers of more than 300 companies between 1993 - 1996 & has been  mobilizer for large NRI collection in many of this issues.
