Exclusion from the Second Schedule to the Reserve Bank of
India Act, 1934 - ' Bank of Punjab Limited '
We advise that the name of ' Bank of Punjab
Limited ' has been excluded from the Second Schedule to the Reserve Bank of
India Act, 1934 with effect from October 01, 2005, in terms of notification
DBOD. No. PSBD.353/16.01.130/2005-06 dated October 07, 2005 which was
published in the Gazette of India ( Part III - Section 4 ) on October 29, 2005
